Here at THE CONTI TOSCANA CASTLE RESORT & SPA, we provide a full wine tasting tour which begins at the vineyards, where winery guides accompanying our guests on the Wine Tasting Tours. The Castle owners plant old vines from the Tuscany's Poggiolini winery regions in the surrounding soil of the Koi Pond and planted rows of the famous wine grapes - Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay and many more. Guests will learn about the various difference between the different breeds. In addition, the marked soil sample allows visitors to clearly see the different depths of soil stratification and they will have a deeper understanding of the vineyard.
